REFUNDS

·          Due to the customized nature of wedding stationery, time devoted to your project as outlined below, printed products, and accoutrements, are non-refundable.

·          Tying the Knots pricing is all-inclusive and generates your project total(s) based upon the sum of all parts. If client would like to remove items from our project after purchase, or if client requires the project to be terminated, Tying the Knots will need to be compensated for the time devoted to your project.

CURATED COLLECTION DESIGN

o    Removing items from our project in which a proof has been created and submitted to client carries a fee of $150/ea proof.

CUSTOM ARTWORK DESIGN

o    Removing items from our project in which a proof has been created and submitted to client carries a fee of $475/ea proof, maps $550.

PROJECT TERMINATION

·          The following timelines represent an average and will be utilized to generate a total using the design industry standard of $150/hr.  The first three items are automatically applied at 90 minutes, or $225.  Each additional item is dependent upon the progress our project has made.

1.        Initial conception of your project, 40 minutes

2.        Initial overall clerical time, 20 minutes

3.        Initial email correspondence, averaging 30 minutes

4.        Phone consultations, if applicable, averaging 30 minutes, each consult

5.        Subsequent email correspondence, read, averaging 5 minutes, each message

6.        Subsequent email correspondence, written, averaging 15 minutes, each message

7.        Custom drawing, averaging 1 hour, 45 minutes, each 1-page pencil proof – Custom Maps 2 hours, 30 minutes, each 1-page pencil proof

8.        Personalizing curated collection, averaging 30 minutes, each 1-page proof – Programs and/or Itineraries, 45 minutes, each 1-page proof

9.        Revisions, curated collection and/or custom designs, averaging 30 minutes, each 1-page proof

10.      Custom painting, averaging 1 hour, 45 minutes, each 1-page proof – Custom Maps 2 hours, 30 minutes, each 1-page watercolor proof

11.      Termination of project request resulting in review of body of correspondence review and/or uncertainties such as dates, pricing, contractual agreements, revisions, timelines and other pertinent information, 2 hours, each review

12.      Printing time, 2 hours, each set of 100 individual cards.
