Working with our artist one-on-one, we hand-draw and hand-paint your invitations, truly capturing your vision. With unlimited proofs, we create not only the most creative invitations your guests will receive but the most heartfelt. Professionally printed, we then mail to you or directly to your guests. Incredibly meaningful, beautiful, and extraordinary.

Our Custom Design Process

1) Get in Touch

Even though we are located in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, we work with couples all over the world. Together, we’ll discuss your vision for design, and the scope of your project. The best place to start is by filling out our contact form.

2) It’s Official

You’ve joined the Tying the Knots Team! Fully custom projects, we will schedule a consult to collect all the wonderful details. We keep communication rolling with brief, intuitive forms for each custom design in your project which enable us to create your proofs.

3) Design Proofing

Once the sketch is underway, we add your preliminary text in chosen fonts. We make any necessary revisions to the sketch and copy and then add the watercolors ranging from light to vibrant.

4) Print and Mail

As an all-in-one design and print studio, once your designs are finalized, we print your invitations on your choice of archival cardstock or letterpress with the option of full assembly and mailing services.
