Shipping is an additional fee based on the weight of your package. Please note, once your item is picked up from Tying the Knots Studio, the shipper, not Tying the Knots is responsible for getting your package to you. Please refer to the provided tracking number(s) to track your package. Please contact your shipper for any questions regarding your shipment.
Business hours:
Monday-Thursday, Friday is reserved for printing. We are closed on all major holidays and any dates as described in the signature section of each of our emails. Please note, our printing timelines guarantee that we will have your package in the mail by the standard or expedited timelines as agreed upon in our policies and/or contracts.
