REMINDERS TO KEEP OUR PROJECT FLOWING SMOOTHLY
Your design timeline will begin after checking each box and submitting. By checking each box, you understand the following:

Custom artwork takes time and each proof created for you is one at a time, not a collective timeline with other items included in your suite/order - even if you have submitted all forms - design work does not run concurrently.
Once your pencil proof has been approved, and watercolors have been added, changes cannot be made without starting a new design with a new timeline.
Our references for custom design work are the forms that you submit to us. Phone conversations, emails and other correspondence are helpful but ultimately, we use these forms as a written conveyance of what you want expressed in your design, text and layout.
In certain situations, the artist may need to use their discretion in order to complete a design and the artist cannot be held accountable for this due to incomplete or altered details once work has commenced.

The Studio is open Mon-Thurs and closed on all major holidays and in the signature section of each email.
Text you provide to us does not transfer to our editing program; we have to format everything from scratch so formatting/spacing is not as important as ensuring the appropriate amount of text to fit the document size of your choice. Please note, we are not responsible for spelling errors or typos once you have given us your approval on the final proofs.
Digital files are not included and may be available at an additional fee as outlined on our pricing page and contract
